The linking options (including options to link to their home page and to use a demo autoresponder to promote their service) and reporting are more than adequate. They also haved offered affiliates with content they can use, such as articles. Of course, follow-up autoresponders probably will not sell particularly well to Joe Q. Random-Surfer, but if your web site is about webmastering, email or marketing, the program could work for you. Like many other affiliate programs, AWeber is a 2-tier affiliate program, so you can earn a little extra by referring other webmasters to their affiliate program. AWeber's 2-tier program does not allow affiliates to buy from their own affiliate links (which helps protect the referring affiliate), but what you could do is:
ConclusionI do not think that AWeber's affiliate program is ideal for all web sites. But, for some web sites, particularly those related to webmastering, email or marketing, it could be a good match with good possibilities.If you do decide to participate in AWeber's affiliate program, it is a breeze, and in my opinion, I can say AWeber have done a good job of implementing their affiliate program.
